NOBODI / POLICY

Retention Policy

Maximum periods and the events that start them.

Conversations

Closed conversations enter a 30-day purge queue. Inactive conversations are warned after 150 days and become inaccessible after 180 days plus at least 30 days from warning. Closed-report evidence expires after 90 days unless held.

Technical records

Expired sessions and revoked access are removed after 30 days. Retry receipts use their short TTL; risk signals last 30 minutes and challenges two minutes.

Requests and holds

Closed data-rights requests last at most one year. Closed legal request and content-free audit records last at most three years. Active holds preserve only their scope and are reviewed every 30 days.

Deletion limits

Access ends at the policy deadline even if a worker is delayed. Backups and independently downloaded copies follow separate controls; deletion is not represented as instantaneous.
